Erin, if you’re looking for another kaddish candidate you can do one for Walter Bruening of Great Falls, who died on Wednesday at age 114. Since 2009 he’s been recognized as the world’s oldest man. As I told Mom last night, being the world’s oldest person may be a lifetime gig, but don’t plan on doing it for a long time. He was quite the character. He always dressed up in a suit and tie and until a few years ago walked downtown everyday from his retirement facility.
