I recorded these using iTalk Lite on my iPad, and l wasn&#8217;t able to post them until getting home due to difficulties with finding free wifi, not having my Mac along, and so on.<\/p>\n<p>The content of the recordings is also primitive, since I didn&#8217;t have any instruments along. The first night out, I layered over Mira&#8217;s voice a performance on my iPhone&#8217;s &#8220;Virtual Piano&#8221; app. This app does have the ability to change octaves, but I wasn&#8217;t able to do that fast and smoothly enough, so I did some octave-switching on the fly in order to keep &#8220;Kaddish&#8221; in the app&#8217;s main octave.<\/p>\n<p>I also wasn&#8217;t able to do all that without getting a little bit lost in the piece.
