daily kaddish: family shabbes

Play

This was a Kaddish made for the whole mispacha, with Erin playing, Mira reciting, and Kjersti playing percussion with her jingly collar and squeaky fox toy. I don’t know how Mira managed to do that entire reading without cracking up at Kjersti’s antics. Gud shabbes. —Erin

Kjersti insisted on tug-of-squeaky-fox throughout the kaddish.  If I didn’t play with her, she clamped down on my arm and shirt instead. The rest of the critters were resting, as is apt for erev shabbat. שבת שלום —Mira
